Food
My first time to Untitled was about a year ago when they opened in May 2015. The food has evolved slightly and is still good. The portions were neither too large nor overly stingy—just the right amount to share and feel satiated. Overall I really enjoyed the food here, everything in general is pretty well made, the price is reasonable and the quality is there.
I tried a decent number of dishes on the menu and I enjoyed everything. But a few really stood out to me.
1) Monk Fish — this dish has changed since they first opened and is still delicious. I am usually not a fan of cooked fish, but the monk fish does it for me. Maybe because it doesn't actually taste like fish. It reminds me of a hybrid between a lobster and chicken. Why is it that most meat, other than chicken, just taste like chicken? The fish was tender and its exterior was nicely grilled with a slight smoke taste. The texture is similar to that of a lobster. It went really well with the fried rice and bak choy.
2) Diver Scallops — the scallops were very fresh and cooked perfectly. It was very soft and tender—the pairing with leeks, toasted almonds and grapefruit were nice touches.
5) Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie — the cookie will make you salivate. It is served with warm chocolate melting in your mouth. The best part is the little jar of milk that is served with the cookie. I don't even like milk, but dipping the cookie into the milk was just too cute to resist. The aesthetics are just on point.
6) Lemon Meringue Pie — I actually did not even want to order this but the server said it was one of the best desserts, so I had to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. It was appropriately sweet with lemon accents.

Ambiance/Decor
The space is beautiful with ultra high ceilings and large extravagant glass walls. The space is filled with beautiful bright natural light. The decor is a mix of mid-century modern and modern chic. Clean cut and minimalist.
Price
$60-$90 per person including tax and tip for a solid full meal. I think 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and a dessert is enough to share among two people.

If you go for lunch or dinner definitely try and make a reservation in advance. The bar is also quite nice and is first come first serve.
